1.) how long do the press-on nails last?

with proper application and care, your nails can last up to 2 weeks. wear time will vary based on your nail prep, daily activities, and the glue used. every order includes application and removal instructions, and additional tutorials can be found on our instagram. frequent exposure to water may shorten wear time.

 

2.) how do i find my nail sizes?

there are two ways to find your size:

• order a sizing kit
• measure your nails at home using a ruler or measuring tape

3.) what if my measurements don't match the standard sizes?

no problem. simply select "custom size" and include your measurements in the order notes at checkout.

 

4.) are the nails reusable?

yes! our press-on nails are reusable when removed properly. to remove, soak your nails in warm water and oil until they gently loosen. once removed, lightly buff away any remaining glue from the inside of the nail before reapplying.

 

5.) what glue should i use?

we currently offer makartt nail glue. however, everyone's nail chemistry is different, so you may find that certain glues work better for you than others.

 

6.) what are ready-to-ship (rts) nails?

ready-to-ship nails are handmade, pre-made sets available in specific sizes, shapes, and lengths. unlike made-to-order sets, rts orders ship within 2 business days.

please double-check the size, shape, and length before purchasing. rts sets do not include backup nails.

 

7.) do you offer custom nail sets?

yes!

if you already know what you want, our custom nail service is for you. purchase a custom order deposit and submit your inspiration photos. once we've reviewed your design, you'll receive an invoice for the final balance based on design complexity. your deposit will be applied toward your final total.

 

8.) what comes with my order?

every order includes:

• mini buffer
• nail file
• cuticle pusher
• alcohol prep wipes

made-to-order sets include 3 backup nails. ready-to-ship sets do not include backup nails.

glue is sold separately.

 

9.) how long is processing and shipping?

all so pressious nail sets are handmade and made to order. our current processing time is approximately 7 business days, though this may vary depending on order volume.

10.) what is your cancellation and refund policy?

orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. after 24 hours, all sales are final.

rush orders are final sale immediately after purchase and are not eligible for cancellation, refunds, or exchanges.
