 1.) How long do the press on nails stay on? 

Our nails can last anywhere up to 2 weeks. The lasting time for our nails depends on your application routine and your choice of glue. Every nail order comes with application and removal instructions, and you can also find these instructions on our instagram page. Keep in mind, if you constantly have your hands in water, your nail retention time may decrease. 

2.) How do I know my nail sizes?

Ordering a sizing kit or measuring your nails at home with a ruler or measuring tape (click here to learn how to measure your own nails) are the two ways to figure our your nail sizes. XXL nails run larger than smaller shapes; these nails do not follow the standard sizing chart. All XXL nails require a sizing kit purchase before ordering a nail set. Failure to abide to this rule will result in inaccurate measurements.

3.) What if my nail sizes don't match the standard sizes?

If your nail sizes don't match the standard sizes, click custom size, and add your sizes in the cart notes before checkout. 

4.) Are the nails reusable?

Yes! Soaking your nails in warm water and oil will allow the nails to cleanly pop off. After removing the nails, use a buffer to remove the old glue from inside the nail. 

5.) What glue should I use with my nails?

So Pressious sells KDS and ECBASKET glue. However, if you don't have our nail glue, you still have options! KISS Maximum Speed Glue and Nailene Ultra Nail Glue are two great alternative options to our glue. It's important to find the right nail glue that works for your nails, so don't be afraid to try new options. 

6.) What are ready to ship nails?

Ready to ship nails are handmade sets that are pre-made in specific sizes and nail shapes/lengths. These nails are NOT made to order and ship within 2 business days! Please make sure the set(s) you choose are in your desired size, shape and length before purchasing. RTS nails do not come with backup nails.

7.) Do you provide custom nails?

Yes, custom orders are currently available! Visit the product page to place a custom order. Once you place a custom order, I will reach out to you for a free consultation. After the consultation, I will send you an invoice for the nail set(s). Your order is final once the invoice is paid. 

8.) What comes with my purchase? Is glue included?

Every purchase comes with a mini buffer, nail file, cuticle pusher and alcohol wipes. Standard nail orders come with 3 backup nails, RTS orders do not come with backup nails. Glue is an additional cost. 

9.) How long will it take for my order to ship?

So Pressious nails are handmade and made to order. Our processing time is 1-3 weeks. Depending on the order volume, it may be sooner or later. It is my priority to get orders out as soon as possible, but please keep in mind that I only have two hands! If you need your nails sooner, please visit our rush order page.

Sizing Kits will be shipped within 2 business days. 

10.) What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Orders may be cancelled within the first 24 hours. After 24 hours, all sales are final. The 24 hour cancellation policy does not apply to rush orders; all rush order sales are final.
