Within 24-48 hours of placing your order, I will reach out to you via email or text for your free consultation! During this consultation, you will show me your inspo picture and we will work together to create the best set of nails possible! I reserve the right to deny any nail sets I feel I won’t be able to recreate perfectly.
After our consultation, I will invoice you for the cost of your set. Your order is NOT final until AFTER you pay the invoice. All custom orders will follow the standard processing, shipping, and refund policy orders. See below.
All orders are handcrafted and made to order. On average, the processing time for orders is 7-10 days, but it may be quicker or longer depending on order volume. Please read the FAQs before making your purchase. I am not responsible for incorrect sizing measurements. It is important that your sizing measurements are accurate before placing an order. You can buy a sizing kit here.
